We offer one to one mobile Hatha Yoga tuition with a program designed with your needs & abilities catered for. Health problems or difficulties can be accomodated easily in your yoga practice & hopefully eased with the practice of hatha yoga but please check with your GP first before embarking on a new exercise routine or if you have any concerns.
Reiki treatments are again tailored to your need but the beauty of Reiki is that it goes where it is needed most. This wonderful holistic therapy is suitable for everyone & is a beautiful & relaxing healing treatment/therapy that will aid the body to heal itself.
